I could be mistaken, but if I recall correctly,
JSDK 2.1 doesn't contain servletrunner.exe anymore.
Instead of this it uses some batch-file.
Look in the JSDK 2.1\bin directory which files are
to be used.
I'm sorry to be so vague, but I only use JSDK 2.0.
