Yes, I decided the relatively small changes in API 2.1 didn't justify
the expense of a revision. Unlike software, you can't provide cheap
book upgrades. Much of the cost of a book is printing and shipping.
So what I did was write an article for JavaWorld that described the
changes from API 2.0 to 2.1. For readers of the book, it can act as a
free "book patch". The URL is in my signature.
