Watch out for Omniscient Garbage Collector when using a Singleton -- see

The URL above says that it'll be alright for a single classloader but I have
to add that some servlet engines that provide a 'servlet reload upon modify'
feature do so by discarding the existing classloader and replacing it with a
new one (to get around the Java classloader semantics), which will render
the last note in the WikiWikiWeb invalid.
