I do not think so, you have problem if your are creating visual java
application or applets because the way that uses different IDEs to store
this information is different but with servlet I think that there is no
problem.

Yes, I mean the structure is different but this is the same if you create a
servlet and I create another the way of programming and structuring the
code is different, but the more important think are:
The supported jsdk version.
Your design.

Yes of course, becuase the interaction between the web server and the
servlet are standard, but it also depends of your design and the web server
(servlet engine).
