That's not easy I think. You can try something like adding a secret
timestamp or number on every page, that increases with every request. If you
remember the last timestamp/number you receive from a session, you can
compare that to the new one. If the new one is older/lower than the last
one, the request is old.
I haven't checked if there's an easier way, but this is the first thing that
came to my mind.
