I don't know if this exists.. but there is no real need.
Dealing with forms with the servlet API is really easy the API is very
rich(there are even some free connection managers around that take all the
dirty job for you). You may want to have a look at Jason Hunter Book or at
the free online "servlet essential" (www.nococode.com)
