I did mean HttpServiceRequest. I am using IBM's Visual Age for Java and it
comes with the package com.sun.server.http. This package has the
HttpServiceRequest.

I think you mean HttpServletRequest and HttpServletResponse. This is
the Java
Servlet Development Kit API - JSDK 2.0 or 2.1 (2.2 spec is in draft
version).

JSDK the docs
are boundled with.
