I am running Apache/JServ and have a question pertaining to inter-servlet
communication. What is the preferred method? Right now I am calling
HttpServletResponse.sendRedirect("/servlets/ServletBeingCalled");. This
seems to be working ok, but seems a little cumbersome. I have used the
RequestDispatcher methods in the jsdk 2.1 (under JRun), but this is not
available yet on JServ. Is there another way? How is everyone else doing it?
I have seen a few servlet frameworks out there that always invoke servlets
indirectly, by calling some redirector servlet with the servlet to be
invoked as the parameter. I am not sure how they are executing this
redirection behavior, however. Any help would be appreciated.
