If you share the web server with other people(seems to be your case),
and have a configuration where others can get to your files
(a single /servlets/ dir for example) you could use an Obfuscator.

There are many , just go to www.google.com and do a search on
java obfuscators.

A pretty good one (and free!!!) is JAX  from IBM
http://www.alphaworks.ibm.com

There are many, many, many others. Good luck !

WARNING : When using obfuscators, you can have a *LOT* of headaches
with servlets since they are dynamically loaded. Make sure you don't
obfuscate the main servlet class (the one that inherits from
servlet) or the servlet engine won't be able to pick it up.
In an obfuscator (like JAX) , there are usually options
to not obfuscate the name of specific classes.
