Yes.
If your directories were like
servlets/applicationA/MainServlet.class
servlets/applicationA/utils/Manager.class
you'd access it like
http://www.bar.com/servlet/applicationA.MainServlet
and
http://www.bar.com/servlet/applicationA.utils.Manager
There are plenty of examples of this, even in the sun tutorials, which I'd
suggest you look at.
