You need to set your classpath for J++ in the Project Properties Classpath
tab. Thats what the /cp:p "<JAVAPACKAGES>" does in the launch arguments,
when J++ launches jview to start your java program, it passes the classpath
entries listed in the Classpath tab in the <JAVAPACKAGES>.

Also, MS doesn't distribute rmi by default with the JView VM. You can
download it from www.microsoft.com/java though.
