You can either use a RequestDispatcher object to pass the results from
servlet 1 to servlet 2, or you can set up a servlet chain using either
servlet mappings or MIME type filtering.

Check out the API docs for info on the RequestDispatcher interface. For info
on servlet chaining, check out your server docs. All of these options are
explored in detail in my new book 'Professional Java Server Programming' -
