hi, everyone,
i am creating a socket connection to a servlet from my desktop. i don't
mind firing the desktop application from ms-dos, but the other people who
need to use it do. this is essentially off-topic, but it stems from servlet
programming, and this is a really nice and helpful group of people, so i am
throwing this very simple question out there -- how can i create an icon on
the windows desktop that will fire up the java interpreter and execute the
java application that connects to the servlet?
i'd appreciate the help. no off-topic boo's, please. :)
thanks very much,
paul
