Hi all,

Please don't mind if it is an off-topic. Please reply if you have any solution or
suggest any URLs.

Using Java to download data from AS/400 DB2. Financial application (JDE) "upgrade"
changed CCSID on 'certain' file fields. Now unable to load into MSSql Server 7.0 data
warehouse. Random fields in JDE have CCSID set to 65535 (no conversion of EBCDIC).

Looking for way to change a setup or mapping file and/or JVM setting that would
automatically convert any CCSID 65535 EBCDIC to CCSID 037 (American STandard) without
having to write code or change "Numerous" files. No longer have Java programmer
in-house but do have RPG guru. Please e-mail if possible. Will be searching the web.
Thank you.
