You can't do that from the administration tool. Try this instead.
The invalidation time for sessions can be found in the file
server.properties located in <server_root>/properties/server/javawebserver/
Change the value of session.invalidationtime to whatever you like.
(The value is in milliseconds, the default 30 minutes is represented as
1800000.)
