Like all JavaSoft software, you can get JSWDK from the JavaSoft web site
(http://java.sun.com).
You can download it from:
http://java.sun.com/products/servlet
or
http://java.sun.com/products/jsp

The JavaSoft web site has lots more information, but basically JSWDK 1.0 contains
a servlet engine that supports the version 2.1 servlet API and the version 1.0
JSP API. If you don't know that that means, read the appropriate specification
documents that are also available at the above URLs. The documentation included
with JSWDK briefly covers the actual features (including serving static HTML
pages as well as servlets and JSP pages). The only software you need in addition
is a JDK environment (either 1.1 or 1.2).
