i got it solved just now
i  edited the startserver.bat
  java com.sun.web.shell.Startup %1 %2 %3 %4 %5 %6 %7 %8 %9
 rem start java com.sun.web.shell.Startup %1 %2 %3 %4 %5 %6 %7 %8 %9
 now on the same dos prompt my server is running ....
 but que is still same why it's not getting started with original bat file


when i'm riting startserver on dosprompt at jswdk directory ....
it echos using class path ....sysjar ..and classpath which was already set
....
then new dos window flashes for fraction of second............and prompt
comes at main window ....error mseg i'm not able to see on new window...


c:\jswdk1.0>set classpath=%classpath%;c:\jdk1.2.2\lib\tools.jar;
c:\jswdk1.0>startserver
c:\jswdk1.0>using classpath .................................
...........................................................................................................................
