The CVS folks were working on doing an SCC-interface so it could be
integrated into MSDevStudio, Cafe, JBuilder, and others, but the central
problem is that SCC implies a "checkout-modify-checkin" paradigm, which CVS
doesn't use (in favor of a "modify-merge" paradigm that works better for
large groups). Status of the project is probably somewhere on the Cyclic
website.
