I am having difficulties reseting my BufferReader object in my servlet.
I've marked the proper place in my io stream after discovering a custom
defined HTML tag. Then I read a few more lines, then I want to reset
the stream to the marked location. However the reset only goes back one
line. Has anyone ran into this problem before? Or know how to correct
it? I'ved change the readaheadlimit in the object.mark(READAHEADLIMIT)
from 10, 100, 1000, and 10000 characters. It still only move one line.
Does this have something to do with the readLine()?
I having something like this..where I open this HTML file and start
reading/parsing it.
<HTML><BODY>
etc...
<TAG DBLOOP> <--mark
.... blah blah blah
.... blah blah blah
.... blah blah blah
</TAG DBLOOP> <-- reset to mark
etc..
</BODY></HTML>
