.csv is the extension for Microsoft Excel "Comma Separated Values" File.
If you have Microsoft Office installed on your system, your browser
should
ask you to open? with Excel.exe.
Generally .txt extension files/ascii text content files are shown up by
the browser
as browser can interprete them.
try for an alternate extension, to solve your problem with ease?
