Hi All,
Sorry for bothering u continuosly with the same topic but I am helpless as
I am unable to find the reason as well as solution.
I had been writing a mail saying that memory is not getting released.Today I
tested the "Congratulation, Apache Jserv working" Hello servlet supplied
along with Apache Jserv.each time I access it from browser , around 60Kb is
getting allocated and it is never released.
This is the simplest servlet one can ever test with. But why it is eating up
to 60Kb memory each time it is accessed from the browser?
Is it becoz of the
1.configuration problem
2.bug in JDK117v3(currently Blackdown, any alternative JVMs available for
Linux?)
I have Apache Server 1.3.6/ Apache JServ 1.0/Blackdown JDK117v3.
Any suggestions......
Thanks in advance,
regards,
-pradeep
