Hopefully not ;-)
It would be a security disaster if a site could take that much control over
a client's computer. (Actually: with Microsoft's ActiveX it can be done).
The thing about having the user see the download dialog, and pick the
directory
by him/herself is that it is the user's disk, not yours.
