You kidding? Of course it is. We went through Y2K procedural hell with lots of
lawyers involved (which still persists in part), had to certify for both AOL and
Sun days (because of the alliance) and had to go through the most bureaucratic
and needlessly excessive procedures I had ever experienced in the industry.
That's why 4.0 came out so late :-)
