There was a similar questioon a while ago...
It depends how static the employee list is. If it's fairly static you
can afford to deliver some JS to the Designations frame that includes
*all* the employee names and {if..then} JS statements to display the
relevant employee in the relevant frame.
If you don't want to do it like that (and it is a bit messy) you
could have a JS onChange() which caused a submit to the servlet engine
with a target of the emp frame.
The servlet would then take the parameter selected, find the employee
row and bosh, you have a working app.
For non-JS clients you would need to have a SUBMIT button.
