HTTPS is "secure" HTTP, it's uses SSL to communicate. To give more
security to e-commerce and such.
I'm not sure exactly where you can find more information on it,
perhaps you can do a web search, or check Netscape's site. If you
have a web server that has HTTPS capabilities, you might read its
documentation. And most "modern" browsers have HTTPS support (it has
to be on both ends).
