Hello all
I am using DbConnectionBroker pool from javaExchange to create a pool of
connections to the Db for one of the projects presently working on. I am
creating the insatnce of the object from one of the servlets.I have set the
recycling time of the connection ever hour so the connections are reset
every hour.The problem is after the connections are reset i am not able to
connect to the DB with with the old connection handles in the pool and i get
the error "Connections reset by the peer".I have checked through the code
and i am freeing the connections ones i use it and closing the statement and
resultset.I think its some problem of reseting or is it i am doing wrong
some were.Did any one face this similar problem with DbConnectionBroker
before , any suggestion.
I am using Oracle 8 DB and oracle thin driver with jdk1.1.7b and jsdk2.1
version.
