This method does not work when you change the classes often. So better give the directory of the servlet in the repositories section in the zone.properties (or other as you have) and include the classpaths used by the servlet in the wrapper.classpath section of jserv.properties The classes you include in the wrapper.classpath is read only once when you start the apache server.
