You have to go to NES 4.X (now iPlanet 4.X) to get JSDK 2.X support.
For NES 3.X, Netscape themselves recommends you go with a third party
servlet engine like ServletExec or JRun.  Actually, you might want to
go with a third party servlet engine no matter what, because I suspect
they'll be more responsive to changes in the JSDK Spec (they're now up
to 2.2, which has a lot of major changes).
