Hi.
I just want to add that.. there is a lot of posting on this issue on this
list. I have managed to do this (calling a "https:\\" resource on the net from
the servlet) but the bad part is that a servlet engine able to provide you
such facitily is hard to be found. As far as i know you have to use the latest
Java Web Server and the servlet engine in that only has this flexibility. Rest
things are the same as they are with "http:\\" resources. I mean you can
POST/GET data to and from the resource.
I hope this helps.. and please please correct/update me on any new
developments on this.
