Hey!
That was a mouth full. You've asked for a lot of help, more
than one short posting can accomplish.
Some suggestions:
Go to the archive of this E-list and read and learn as much as you
can from it.
Buy a good Java servlets book, some are mentioned in the archive.
Some words of caution:
Javascript is proprietary to a given browser, therefore, if it works
with
one browser it does not necessarily work with another. IMO, I would
stay away as much as possible.
you say>Which is more powerful and popular Applets or Servlets , why
and their disadvantages ?
This question is not formulated correctly. There is not an either/or
relationship
for Applets and servlets. You can use Applets, HTML forms, Javascript,
JSP and others to access server side services with Java servlets.
For XML, you can get started with http://mini.net/cetus/oo_xml.html.
I hope this gets you started.
Sans adieu,
Danny Rubis
