If your needs are fairly simple, you can just create comma-delimited text
from the various portions of your logs, using simple out.println() type
statements. If you set the content type to "application/ms-excel" instead
of "text/html", Excel will automatically be opened when it receives this
data, which will be formatted into rows and columns in the spreadsheet.
