Let's see, this is a java servlet mailing list. Perl, is that related
to java and/or servlets. No, I don't think so. VB, is that related?

Oh wait, they *said* it was "offtopic questions", so that makes it all
OK. (For those who don't get it, that's sarcasm.)
Now this is a perfect example of why people get so upset at offtopic
questions. And this just after we had all that discussion about it!
There are plenty of Perl newsgroups/mailing lists out there, and I'm
sure there are many VB ones, as well. There is no reason this
question should be posted here.
