I am developing a WebCallBack application.
When the user enters his phone number and presses the CallMeNow (Submit)
Button, a call is made to this number from the switch. Actually what I
am doing is that when he submits this phone number, a servlet is loaded.
This servlet calls the necessary APIs to make call to the user.
Now I even want to give the user an
"Estimated wait time for the call" and the
"number of calls in the queue".
I want to display this information in a NEW pop-up window. But my
servlet application is displaying this information in the same window
that was opened previously.
IS there any way in which I can display the information from the servlet
in a small new pop-up window ???
