What you need to do is make a url connection to the servlet's address
with all of the information in the url in the form of name value pairs,
i.e.
http://domain/servlet?name1=value1&name2=value2&name3=value3
you will use the getParameter(name1) to get the value1, etc.  This is a
very basic explaination.  I hope it helps.
