You can only really pass parameters around on the querystring for WML -
say "login.wml?username=ME". But is there any reason you can't just do
exactly the same for WML as you can for html, stuff like

{%>
<p>Welcome back to my home page</p>

<p>Welcome to my home page</p>
<%}%>
</card>
