Dear All
Does the default security in iPlanet (formerly Netscape Web Server or
something) prevent you from reading from / writing to files on the server
disk? We are using iPlanet Web Server on Solaris and it won't let us do
either!
Also, if you have the following line of code in an iPlanet servlet:
FileOutputStream fis = new FileOutputStream("thisfile.txt", true);
where does the file get created?
Thanks for your help with these questions!
Nick.
