My user can download  file only by url like this
http:\\......\servlet?id=501
instead thi url
http:\\......\dummy.txt

The files of my user are HTML,PDF,DOC,XLS,TXT

   FileInputStream fileinputstream = new FileInputStream(s);
            int i;
            while((i = fileinputstream.read(abyte0)) != -1)
                outputstream.write(abyte0, 0, i);
            fileinputstream.close();
        }
