How does a forms ENCTYPE type modify request parameters??
Changed my forms ENCTYPE type to "multipart/form-data" because I am
uploading files; however, now I get a null values for my
req.getParameter("...");
where as before I was able to to get the information..
Any information would be greatly appreciated...
