HTTP Headers is the information about a request a client has made to the
server. For example,

when a web browser makes a request to a webserver, it looks something like
this.

GET http://www.sun.com/ http/1.1
Host: trimp.svindel.net
Referrer: www.microsoft.com
User-Agent: My WebBrowser version 1.1 (Mozilla 4.0 compat)

That information is what is called the HTTP Headers.

Cheers,

Giscard
