Yes, there is a directory where JRun searches for
shared libs. By default, it is JRun\examples\jni (in
version 2.3.3). You can change the setting from the
JRun Admin tool.
Start Admin, Click the General Tab and then Java tab.
There is an enty for Library Path. Change this setting
to point to the directory where you have your DLLs.
