Gene,
Thank you for your unstanding and your encouraging words. Yes, after reading
this list for more than a year, I should say most of the poster here are
really nice person trying to help each other. That is the reason I am still
on this list event though I have finished my servlet project last August.
Believe or not, your message is the first one I read this morning in
replying to my last post. Our linux dns server was mysteriously down on last
Saturday morning and caused some mail server not to be able to resolve our
mail server name. I just fixed the problem, though am still tracking the
reason why it was powered off.(Other than a software engineer, I am also a
part time System Adiministrator and DBA, :-). US job market is too hot to
keep a good System Admin and DBA.) Now everything is working. If your mail
got bounced back because of this glitch, I apologize for that.
Let's be nice to each other, help each other to make reading this mailing
list an enjoyable experience.
Best wish.
Bing Zhang

Hi Bing,
You are not the only one who has been subjected to his ruthless
diatribes...
Just think of it as hazing: now you are formally initiated in the
Servlet
Fraternity!
Ok, more seriously, you have to look past these few bad seeds.
Programmers
in general are in not the most socially apt creatures, but some really
give
the rest of us a bad name. On top of that you've got societal
degenerates
who make six-figure salaries and have unbridled access to an electronic
pulprit that broadcasts out to thousands of eyeballs, resulting in a
minority group with "I'M THE KING OF THE (VIRTUAL) WORLD!" mentalities.
Rest assure the majority of the denizens in these newsgroups are good
guys;
We are here to help others; that's the reason for these forums!
Forgive my
above ranting; this will be my one and only "flame" post for all my
future
posts will be of technical and worthwhile issues. And I hope someone
can
solve your servlet problem!

Even if you are expert on servlet, you have to be polite. First I read
the
load balancing document about Jserv and ask some question about it long
time
ago. (It is in archive). I think I asked a legitimate question. Second
if
you think I need to read that again or even if I did not read the
document,
fine, tell me. But, please do not use word like "laziness". DO NOT be
arrogant. You do not know everything.
As I said, I forgot to put a subject line in my last post. That is the
reason I sent it the second time. A message without a subject line is
annoying.
I did not raise the "Many-Many" question. I read the answer to the
original
question and think it might not work if user turn off the cookies. If
you
think this is not a issue, that is fine. Bless Jserv.
BTW: I think Jason Hunter is the most respectful and polite expert in
servlet programming and in this mailing list.

Uh. Yes. Nice one.
Not only do you post an abusive email to one of the foremost (and
most respected) experts in the Java world but you also post it twice.
How likely is it do you think that an expert like Jon will help you
when you have a problem if you talk to him like this?
