Thanks to the couple of guys who responded to the original plea!

I'm now in a position to expand the question further.

I'm using the <SELECT> tag to construct a user entered list, and therefore I
want to capture the whole list when submitted, if I change the SELECT to
include MULTIPLE the user can POST/GET more than one of the options, but how
can this be done without all the options being selected?

There must be a better way of doing this, suggestions please?
