Hello all,

Anybody figured out how to load up a servlet at startup-time
in Tomcat? (The Tomcat docs have not mentioned it)

We've tried putting the following in web.xml for our servlet

<load-on-startup>
        -2147483646
</load-on-startup>

Don't know what the number means....was in the
"org.apache.tomcat.servlets.DefaultServlet" config.
(which makes feel very uncomfortable that we copied it to
our servlets)

To no avail. Any leads are much appreciated.
