instead of going for an ini file if the parameters are less go for
initparameters this is really easy and portable too, in future if u want to
port ur servlet to another servlet u just need to configure the init
parameters.

        I use Apache 1.3.12 RPM + JServ 1.1.2 RPM under RedHat Linux 6.2
        As i look at the httpd.conf the server root is "etc/httpd"  now my
servlet read an ini file, but where should i place the inifile ? i placed it
in etc/httpd but i get an io error file not found in my error_log.
