Hey!
Search the http://archives.java.sun.com/archives/servlet-interest.html
archive. I remember seeing a hot-link to a web site that has an
adequate tutorial on this URL connection to a servlet. But it kinda
looks like you are having database connection problems. Look in
one of the good servlet books, for there is always an example for
doing database connection.
Basically what I am saying is look around a little. The answer if
under your nose.
