I tried out on Netscape 4.7 and IE 5.0. None of them send the If-Modified
Header.
The headers sent by netscape 4.7 are as under
header Accept ===== */*
header Accept-Language ===== en-us
header Accept-Encoding ===== gzip, deflate
header User-Agent ===== Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.01; Windows NT)
header Host ===== www.nitin.com:8080
header Connection ===== Keep-Alive
header Cookie ===== newd=0; jwssessionid=VWR2DKYAAAACRQFIGJGAAAA
