two primary question

hello,everybody. I'm a beginner of servlet. I can't find the answer of the following two questions: 1.If I call a servlet through a browser(the HtmlPage) then close the browser(or other exceptions happen to the browser)when the servlet is still under running, what will happen to the servlet,can it continue the execution itself?can it sense the quit of the client browser?if it can,how can it get the status of the browser? 2.can I use ServerSocket in servlet to communicate with a socket in client applet or others?if I can, could somebody give a sample code. waitting for your answer of either question. thanks in advance VictorJ _________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com.
