I found a place to pass this as an argument to the JVM.
Its in line 339( for the build that I am using on HPUX).

But if there is a text box for
" passing additional command-line arguments to the Java Executable" in the
JMC,
jrun's start script should take care of it.

I guess allaire guys will fix this soon.
