This questions gets asked fairly often, so there are
a bunch of recommendations in the archives (linked off
the bottom of every message to the list).
Unless a new book has been published in the last
few weeks, the discussions in the archive should have
all the information Ann needs, so a string of followup
answers is probably redundant...
