You should add following lines in default.cfg which located in the root of
JSDK2.1 installation path
        server.webapp.[Your servlet name].mapping = [your servlet location]
        server.webapp.[Your servlet name].docbase = [your servlet doc
location]

You can refer to the default servlet setting in default.cfg.
